Manuscript Preparation & Submission

Our journal publishes high-quality research and case studies advancing the fields of psychology and counselling practice. Please follow these guidelines carefully to ensure your submission meets our standards.

Document Formatting

Page Setup

  • Page Size: A4
  • Margins: Top (0.76″), Bottom (0.42″), Left (0.42″), Right (0.42″)
  • Header: 0.24″ from top
  • Footer: 0.28″ from bottom

Text Formatting

  • Font: Times New Roman, 12pt throughout
  • Line Spacing: Single (1.0)
  • Paragraph Spacing: 12pt before and after

Manuscript Structure

Title Page

  • Title: Bold, centered, 18pt font
  • Author names and affiliations: Bold, centered, 12pt font
  • Corresponding author: Marked with asterisk (*) with complete contact information

Abstract & Keywords

  • Abstract: 250-300 words summarizing objectives, methods, results, and conclusions
  • Keywords: 3-5 relevant terms listed below abstract

Main Text Organization

  • Section Headings: BOLD, UPPERCASE, 14pt (for main sections like INTRODUCTION, METHOD, etc.)
  • Subheadings: Bold, 12pt
  • Body text: 12pt Times New Roman

Visual Elements

Figures and Tables

  • Place within text close to first mention
  • High-resolution images required
  • Provide descriptive captions for all visual elements
  • Number consecutively throughout manuscript

Citations & References

  • Use numeric citation style (1, 2, 3…)
  • Follow APA format for all references
  • Ensure complete and accurate reference information

Ethical Requirements

  • Include statement of ethical approval for human/animal subjects
  • Declare any conflicts of interest
  • Provide statement on data availability
